About me
Dani is a Mitigation Specialist working with capital defense teams for over ten years. She began her career working exclusively on Louisiana state post-conviction cases and expanded her practice in 2016 to working on cases in state and federal courts. She has experience working with legal teams in all stages of the capital litigation process including federal pre-authorization, trial, post-conviction and federal habeas.
Dani lives in New Orleans, Louisiana and mentors new mitigation specialists and consults with legal teams in her local community. She enjoys creating focused and individualized training programs with an emphasis on advocating for the intellectually disabled.
Dani is additionally a licensed attorney in Massachusetts holding a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Wellesley College.
